What is Kilates?

Cardio exercises include spin bike, jumpboard and body weight movements (eg squats, lunges and many more).
Classes are structured and varied.
Classes are taught by highly qualified trainers.
Experience in Reformer Pilates is essential.
You can gain experience with our one-one introduction and by participating in our Reformer Pilates classes before you start.
Reformer Pilates one-one introduction $75 for 30mins $90 for 45mins

To Book for our Kilates class, please visit MindBody using the details below:
- Set up a username (email address) and password
- Search Fitness then CrossFit then CrossFit King
- Go to Refomer Pilates
- From here you can see the calendar (you may need to click on the calendar icon) and you may book in to classes.
- You may also cancel your classes using the same method. We require 24 hours notice on cancellations to avoid paying a fee due to the small numbers in our classes.
- Don’t forget to save us as your Favourite to make it easier every time you login.
These classes are great. You get a good workout as well as good instruction to ensure you are moving well and engaging the right muscles. I love it.
