What is Tendinitis?
Injury or damage to the tendon often related to increased load such as increased frequency or volume of training, increased weight being shifted, changes to footwear or work stations, new sport. The damage results in degenerative changes and thickening of the tendon due to inflammation and new neo vessel formation.
Common Areas of Tendinitis:
Achilles Tendon

Elbow (medial or lateral epicondylitis or tendinitis otherwise known as tennis elbow or golfers elbow)
Plantar fascia
Hamstring
